• Approval Required – this box is unchecked by default and should stay that way. If checked, your approval in SLU will be required every time someone attempts to schedule a session at this facility. However, if you do check the box and later regret it, you can edit the facility to remove the check mark from the field.
  
  
• Onsite – By default this box is checked.  It is strongly recommended that you always keep this box checked, even if the facility is technically offsite.  When you navigate to the Facilities & Resources screen, offsite facilities are always hidden by default (you must click a checkbox to display offsite facilities).  It can be confusing if the box is checked as you may mistakenly think that the facility is missing.
