• Navigate to Admin and select Users.

 

  • From the Users screen, search by name to find the person whom you wish to serve as Host Administrator.  You may also click the search button without criteria to see a list of everyone assigned to your division/organization.
  • From your search results, click the name of the person you will delegate, to open their user profile

 

 

  • Click the Edit button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • In edit mode, most fields on the screen are still read only, but some custom user fields can be edited.  Important:   Do not change the value of any field other than Host Administrator Delegate, even if the system allows it.  
  • In the bottom half of the screen several sections appear which can be expanded via clicking an arrow.  Click the arrow for the Host Training Organization (Facility Owners) section to display its fields.

  • Click the box to designate the user as a Host Administrator Delegate.
  • Click Save.
  • Within 24 hours, the user will be assigned the Host Administrator training curriculum which must be completed before they receive the new security permissions.
