• Click Add Instructor. Please note that it is CRITICA that you add the correct instructor to sessions you create. If not, the instructor will not be able to view the session and reconcile participant’s participation on the final roster.
• A window opens where you see a list of instructors who are certified to facilitate the training.  The instructor’s work State also appears under the Location column to help you know how far they are from your facility.  You should strive to choose an instructor who is located within 50 miles of the training location to avoid unnecessary travel expenses that may need to be reimbursed.  

          

 

 

• Confirm your instructor selection by clicking the Done button.  Please DO NOT click the Confirmation Required box for this process requires additional approval. Please check with instructor outside of the system to ensure they can facilitate the session.
