To set a registration price for a session, set it up as normal with minor differences.  On the Session Details screen, enter the per student amount in the Price field, and ensure a Training Unit Refund Policy is set. The refund policy ensures that the training units will be automatically refunded if the student withdraws or the session is later canceled. Refunds for credit card purchases are handled outside of the SLU system per BGCA policy.

Training unit refund policies in most cases will be set at the event level so that they are automatically added for all new sessions, but if a training unit refund policy does not appear as shown below, click the Training Units Refund Term link and set it for 100% zero (0) days prior to session start date, and click the ‘Save’ icon.
