Important points to be aware of when creating a Training Order Form in SLU

- In order to appear on a training order form, a session MUST have a price that is greater than zero.
- If there is to be no cost to students, use the below approach:
- Set the price of each conference session to one cent ($0.01) each
- Direct registrants to use coupon code TWOBITS when checking out via shopping cart; this will deduct up to 25 cents from the total purchase price, so if they are attending up to 25 sessions, it will cover the entire cost of all their 1 cent sessions.
- Configure the ILT session availability to include everyone who is invited to attend the conference, and set to pre-approved, register upon approval.
