When multiple plans are active, the one designated as primary will appear at the top of the page. To view and update a plan, click the blue title of the plan.

• To update the progress of a development plan action item, slide the progress button to indicate % Complete.
• Courses can be launched by clicking the blue title of the training.
• Context and updates can be added by clicking Add a Comment. Be sure to click Save.
