Reporting 2.0 provides a simple and intuitive way to build and use report templates to gather and deliver the information for the organization. A Required Safety Training Report has been shared with all named SLU Organization Administrators (Org Admins) and those with permissions to assign trainings to staff. These security permissions are assigned by request and require CEO approval.


These instructions provide guidance for locating and accessing this shared report, which provides access to you to generate, view, and export a report of individuals and their progress through the required Safety training in accordance with meeting the Safety Membership Requirements.



Accessing the Report


1. From the Welcome page, click Reporting 2.0 on the Quick Links Toolbar.
2. OR you can also access from the Navigation menu by clicking the icon at the top right (SEE BELOW).

3. Click on the Shared With Me link on the left navigation menu.


4. Click on the Required Safety Training – Local Organization name to access the report.



Filtering the Report Data


5. The displayed Filter Criteria options inform filter criteria used in this report. Please note that filters which are greyed out cannot be modified. Please contact the Help Desk Support if there is a need for additional filtering options.

6. Use the Transcript Completed Date to filter by the recorded training completion date. This field is not required. Leave blank to view all training transcript progress statuses. Additional filter options are available by clicking on the drop-down menu.

 

7. Use the Training Status to filter by transcript status. Registered, Completed, and In Progress are the most commonly used statuses. This field is not required. Leave blank to view all training statuses.

8. Use the User Status to filter by user statuses. Active and Inactive are the most commonly used statuses. This field is not required. Leave blank to view all user statuses.

Generating the Report
